ROUNDTABLE #1: Transitioning Event Participants and Board Members Into Individual Donors – Event participants and board members support us by leveraging their networks. Event participants ask their friends and family to donate in support of their event participation. Board members share their time, energy and connections, often giving us access to people and corporations we may not otherwise be able to reach. However, these individuals don’t always support us as well. Join us as we talk about how to transition these two audiences into individual donors. ROUNDTABLE #2: Pros and Cons of the Membership Model – Our chapter membership models were created decades ago and are written into our bylaws. In some chapters, only members are allowed to vote for leadership (board members). Join us for a look at the pros and cons of this model. Learn about alternatives and how they work. ROUNDTABLE #3: Communications Strategies to Reach Beyond the Bleeding Disorders Community – Share and learn from others about how to market your image and brand to your local community. Explore opportunities already in place that you can take advantage of to get the word out and get people involved.
