The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) and Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA) are collaborating on a survey to assess what our consumers know about healthcare reform and collect information on the healthcare needs of those affected by bleeding disorders.  The information we gather will help us address the policy issues affecting access to care. 

If you are an individual age 18 or older with hemophilia or another bleeding disorder, or a parent or caretaker of a child under age 18 or a disabled adult with a bleeding disorder, please take our Consumer Assessment Survey by December 31, 2010.
