The Coalition for Hemophilia B Inc., is hosting its 3rd annual Spring Symposium at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2009. The day-long seminar for consumers provides information, education and support to people with hemophilia B and their families.
This year’s sessions include:
- “Hemophilia Update 2009” by Christopher E. Walsh, MD, Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Director of its Regional Comprehensive Hemophilia Treatment Center.
- “Positive Pushing: How to Raise Successful Happy Children” based on the book by Jim Taylor, PhD, Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco.
- “Legislation, Politics & Advocacy,” by Patrick Collins, Director, Public Affairs, CSL Behring.
