The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) will be debuting a new educational publication, "Facts About Inhibitors," at its 61st Annual Meeting, October 29-31, 2009, in San Francisco, CA. The brochure provides an explanation of inhibitors, one of the major complications facing certain individuals with hemophilia and their families. Facts About Inhibitors also describes testing, treatment options and the significant physical and psychosocial challenges associated with this difficult complication.
The brochure was made possible through an educational grant from Grifols. Please visit the Research and Medical Information/HANDI booth during NHF's Annual Meeting to receive a copy of this new publication. You may also contact HANDI, 800.424.2634 or handi@hemophilia.org, the week after NHF’s Annual Meeting for single, complimentary copies of the Facts About Inhibitors and for bulk order pricing.
