The National Hemophilia Foundation’s (NHF) Medical and Scientific Advisory Council (MASAC) issued the following documents at its 61st Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA, on October 31, 2009. The documents were adopted by NHF’s Board of Directors on November 1, 2009.
