The National Hemophilia Foundation is pleased to offer Educational Participation Grants for first-time attendees of its 64th Annual Meeting, “Mapping Our Future,” in Orlando, FL, November 8-10, 2012. The grants are given to individuals and families with bleeding disorders who have never attended an annual meeting. They cover such costs as airfare, hotel, expenses and/or registration fees. Awards are based on several factors, including financial need.
Download and print your application form to apply for a 2012 NHF Educational Participation Grant. Applications are due by mail to NHF’s office in New York City. They must be postmarked no later than Friday, June 22, 2012.
