Women in the bleeding disorders community are invited to attend the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Facebook Chat, “Blood Disorders & the 3 P’s (Preconception, Pregnancy, and the Postpartum Period): What Every Woman Needs to Know” on Thursday, March 7th from 12-1PM ET. The chat will be led by Dr. Althea Grant, Chief of Epidemiology and Surveillance Branch, Division of Blood Disorders, National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, and other bleeding disorders experts.
