Registration Information
 

National Hemophilia Foundation's 65th Annual Meeting

ONLINE REGISTRATION

To request a paper registration form, please email: paperregistration@hemophilia.org with the subject line “66th Annual Meeting Paper Registration Form Requested.” Once received, a member of our Meetings Department will respond with the requested form attached to the email. Online discounts will not apply. There will be no paper registration onsite. All attendees who wish to register onsite will do so electronically.

REGISTRATION
All attendees must be registered to receive a badge to enter all sessions, exhibits and events.

ONSITE REGISTRATION HOURS

  • Wednesday, September 17 5pm – 8pm
  • Thursday, September 18 8am – 6pm
  • Friday, September 19 8am – 3pm
  • Saturday, September 20 8am – 12noon

REGISTRATION FEES

  • Consumer - $175
  • Childcare Program - $75 per child
  • Teen Track (ages 13-17) - $75.00 per child
  • Physician - $500*
  • Nurse - $500*
  • Pharmacist - $500
  • Social Worker - $350*
  • Physical Therapist - $350*
  • Industry - $600*
  • NHF Chapter Staff - $200

    *CME/CEU credits are included in the price where applicable
