Online registration is open for the National Hemophilia Foundation’s (NHF) 62nd Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA to be held November 11-13, 2010.

Avoid a $50 processing fee on your registration by registering online!

* Discount does not apply to the Babycare/Activity Program for Kids and Teens.

To register by mail or fax, download and print the Adult Registration form. Complete and send using the instructions given on the form. Mailed or faxed registration forms will be assessed an additional $50 processing fee.

BABYCARE/ACTIVITY PROGRAM FOR KIDS & TEENS REGISTRATION (formerly the Y&A Program)

Space for these popular programs is limited so reserve your spot now by registering online! We have extended the deadline to register for both programs so please register your children by Wednesday, September 15, 2010. There is no onsite registration or substitution for Babycare or Activity Program for Kids and Teens.
