The Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) invites consumers of blood clotting factor products to attend its second webinar on health reform, Thursday, September 23, from 2:00-3:00PM Eastern time.

 

The topics to be covered during the one-hour Web-based seminar include: state exchanges; whether guaranteed issue equals guaranteed affordable; and medical loss ratios.
