Exhibit Hall Opening Reception and Raffle
If there’s one thing that draws a crowd at Annual Meeting, it’s the enticements at the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception, Thursday, October 3, 2013, from 6:30pm-9:30pm. Grab a bite, play a game, pick up a few freebies and find out more from the 50 plus vendors in the hall.
And, while you’re there, get your raffle ticket validated at all participating sponsor booths. Your completed ticket could win you fabulous prizes. Winners will be announced at the NHF Official Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on Saturday, October 5, 2013.

If you’re a night owl, this function is for you! New this year is the After Glow Lounge, the opportunity to hang out after hours at a fun party on Thursday, October 3, and Friday, October 4, from 9pm-11pm. NHF Official Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon
Annual Meeting attendees keep coming back for the awards luncheon, this year to be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013, from 1:30-3:00pm. That’s because they know they will be served a delicious lunch and partake in the opportunity to applaud all the award recipients. Come find out if your chapter or healthcare providers are this year’s recipients of NHF Awards of Distinction in Programs or Awards of Excellence.
FINAL NIGHT EVENT—Disneyland® at Night!
What could bring more delight than Disneyland® Park at night?! This year’s Final Night Event, on Saturday, October 5, 2013, from 5:00-10:00pm, will be memorable. We’re heading to the place that put Mickey on the map!
Join us as we close out our three-day meeting with a night at the theme park. After a tasty dinner at the Anaheim Marriott, we will board the buses and head to the park. This promises to be a magical night of carefree fun.
Please note: Disneyland Park will be open to the general public until midnight.. Buses will be ongoing through the evening to return attendees to their hotel, with service ending at 10:00pm so if you choose to stay later, feel free to obtain alternate transportation back to your hotel, such as a shuttle or taxi (See below).
