All Activity Program for Kids & Teens participants will enjoy educational and recreational activities (including possible pool/swimming time), daytime meals (breakfast, lunch and snacks) and one field trip. The program is designed for children and teenagers ages 4-17 years old. A $75 fee per child is required to offset the costs associated with this program.

Babycare for children ages 3 and younger will be available by a licensed, bonded childcare provider. There is a nominal fee of $75 for up to two days of care.

To register for this program, attendees must first register themselves. Your email confirmation will provide instruction on how to register kids and teens.

NO LICE POLICY

NHF has a NO LICE POLICY consistent with the CDC guideline on lice prevention.
Each child will be screened for lice upon arrival to the Babycare/Activity Program for Kids & Teens. The “NO NITS” policy means that even if a child has recently been treated for lice, but is still found to have nits (eggs) or dead lice in the hair, the child will not be allowed into the Babycare/Activity Program and parents will be responsible for their children throughout the meeting.

The registration deadline for the Babycare/Activity Program for Kids & Teens is Monday, August 5, 2013. There is no onsite registration or substitution for these programs, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited so reserve your spot immediately. In the event the program sells out, NHF will notify affected parents of preregistered children before Monday, August 5, 2013. Be sure to complete the information about your child’s specific health and dietary needs, and sign the release of liability and field trip authorization sections. A separate form must be submitted for each child participating in the program. A parent/guardian needs to sign children in each morning between 7:00am and 8:00am and sign them out each evening before 5:00pm. Check-in for both programs is available on Thursday, October 3, 2013, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We encourage participants to check-in their children before the program begins on Friday, October 4, 2013, to avoid delays during drop off.

• Friday, October 4 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday, October 5 8:00am to 5:00pm
