Willie Harris, Jr. of Sacramento, California was selected as the KCS recipient in 2015. When he applied, Willie was intending to transfer to Sacramento State University in another year to pursue a major in Economics. Willie also had experience as a Community Service Officer for the Cosumnes River College Los Rios Police Department.
