REGISTRATION FEE WAIVERS
NHF’s Annual Meeting is designed to meet the needs of individuals with bleeding disorders. For consumers interested in applying for a waiver of registration fee, please follow these instructions:

• Download a registration form
  
• Send a letter containing information on why you want to attend, what you hope to gain and why you cannot cover registration fees.
  
• Postmark letter and form by September 10, 2004, and mail to:

Please note that there are NO registration fee waivers for the Youth & Adolescent Program due to the high cost of childcare services and field trips.
