Registration Fee Waivers
NHF’s Annual Meeting is designed to meet the needs of individuals with bleeding disorders. For consumers interested in applying for a registration fee waiver, please follow these instructions:
• Download a PDF of the registration form (or contact the meetings department to have a registration form sent to you). Note: You cannot register online for the meeting if you are applying for a registration fee waiver.
• Send a letter to the NHF explaining why you want to attend NHF’s 55th Annual Meeting, what you hope to gain and why you cannot cover the registration fees.
• Postmark the letter and form by August 29th, 2003, and mail to:

Please note that there are NO registration fee waivers for the Y&A program due to cost.
