Hemophilia Association of San Diego County

Formed in 1973 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity, HASDC is one of 48 chapters affiliated with the National Hemophilia Foundation. HASDC is a member of United Way/CHA and receives support from the Hemophilia Council of California.

HASDC is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit health agency working toward the improvement of health care, supporting research, providing social, financial and educational services for people with hemophilia, von Willebrand's disease and other bleeding or clotting disorders. HASDC's mutlidisciplinary, bilingual services complement medical and other community-based resources to promote healthy, normal lifestyles and meet the needs of everyone affected by blood disorders.
