Let's "Here" It for the Girls!
Girls come to camp because they are affected by a bleeding disorder, or because they are a sibling of someone who is—and we’re glad they’re here! They may have their own set of concerns when it comes to life with a bleeding disorder, and it’s important to identify the people who can support them through that journey. This sibling-inclusive session covers how to identify and communicate feelings, how to constructively communicate with those who support you, and how to identify your community and build your support network – all to set these girls up for success. Let’s “here” it for the girls!
This workshop is part of NHF’s “Girls at Camp” series, but can be done at any chapter event.
Can be co-facilitated by NYLI.
