Many people with bleeding disorders, as well as caregivers, report that bleeding disorders impact their work life and job choices.
Collaborating in Care Webcasts
The National Hemophilia Foundation's (NHF's) Collaborating in Care webcasts look at quality of life topics for people with bleeding disorders and their families, exploring the physical and emotional challenges of integrating well-rounded management of a bleeding disorder into everyday life.
Each webcast is delivered by experts in the bleeding disorders community, and features a recorded session from an NHF chapter event.
Topics are designed to close the gaps in education identified in the HERO (Hemophilia Experiences, Results and Opportunities) Study. The study, conducted by Novo Nordisk, examined quality of life and psychosocial concerns that affect people with hemophilia and their families.
Collaborating in Care webcasts are supported by an educational grant from Novo Nordisk. All content is created by NHF and experts in the bleeding disorders community.
