Strength in Numbers: Factor 13 Family Conference

The 2018 Strength in Numbers Program was held in Orlando, FL. Thank you to all that attended!

Keep an eye out for future events in 2019!

SUMMARY

The Factor 13 Family Conference is an educational program for families affected by FXIII deficiency. This is an opportunity for families affected by this rare bleeding disorder to attend FXIII specific educational sessions and meet other families in the bleeding disorder community. After the pre-conference families are free to attend the National Hemophilia Foundations’ Bleeding Disorder Conference which includes various tracks including a track for rare bleeding disorders.

If you or a member of your family has been diagnosed with FX deficiency, we encourage you to participate in the National Hemophilia Foundation’s 2019 programming.

If you would like to learn more about this program, please contact Nikole Scappe (Education Program Coordinator) at nscappe@hemophilia.org
