We are delighted to announce that the research poster abstracts exhibited virtually at this summer’s 72nd BDC are now available on the NHF website. A long-time staple of BDC, these abstracts highlight the many important research projects happening across the country, the findings from which better inform our understanding of the bleeding disorders community from a variety of angles.

The abstracts, which are published by healthcare providers, scientists and other professionals, cover a broad array of subject areas such as clinical and biomedical research, psychosocial issues, advocacy, quality of life topics, novel and gene therapies, reimbursement issues, orthopedics, and females with bleeding disorders. Further, the conditions covered in several of these projects are not limited to hemophilia but also encompass rare factor deficiencies, von Willebrand disease, and platelet disorders.
