Hemophilia treatment centers (HTCs) around the country are participating in the National HTC Patient Satisfaction Survey (PSS). If you or someone you care for had contact with an HTC in 2017, your feedback is needed! The PSS was designed by the regional leadership from the HTC network. The data is compiled by the Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center at the University of Colorado.

The survey, which launched on March 1, 2018, can be taken online or by mailing in a completed paper-based version – the latter will be mailed to households with family members who receive care at an HTC. The PSS is available in both English and Spanish. All surveys must be completed by June 30, 2018.

This new survey represents a follow up to the inaugural PSS of 2015, which elicited a robust response from patients, with more than 5,000 individuals providing feedback based on care they received from HTCs in 2014. The survey was created to generate uniform data across the HTC network which would allow healthcare providers to compare national and regional patient satisfaction trends over time. Access this information sheet to learn more about the 2015 PSS.

Take the 2018 PSS today! The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and is available now at htcsurvey.com. If you have questions, please direct them to HTCSurvey@ucdenver.edu.
