**Philosophy** If it were not for Hawaii Chapter-NHF, most children with a bleeding disorder would not meet another child with the same condition. Our campers are able to attend no matter the medical condition or financial constraints. We believe that a chronic condition affects the entire family, including siblings. Camp provides a great opportunity for children of our unique community to learn about bleeding disorders, connect with others, and grow into leaders. Our philosophy is to empower our campers through a normal camping experience with traditional camp activities in a safe environment. **Mission** The mission of Hawaii Chapter Camps is to positively influence the lives of individuals affected by bleeding disorders. This is achieved through providing a life-changing camp experience that empowers, encourages, and educates in a safe environment. **Vision** At Hawaii Chapter Camps, our vision is for campers to embrace camp values, achieve autonomy, and become strong advocates of their own care.
