Michael Kuklish of Lillian, Alabama was recipient of the 2017 Kevin Child Scholarship award. He had been a sophomore at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL at the time of his selection. With an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), Michael had plans to pursue a major in cybersecurity at UWF. After graduation, Michael hoped to obtain a position with the federal government in cybersecurity.
