NHF's Steps for Living Facilitation Training is an experiential interactive training that teaches professionals, community members, and volunteers innovative and fun techniques to lead education workshops, facilitate tips for working with all age groups, and develop skills in communication, group management, and interactive training practice. This training takes place over two days including evening and daytime sessions. The training is offered in a bilingual format where Spanish and English speakers have opportunities to learn and practice together and apart to ensure that cultural and linguistic nuisances are applied to training techniques. Participants leave the training with hands on experience and access to the Steps for Living Curriculum which includes more than 30 workshops.
