Guías Culturales are culturally intelligent volunteers who are the path to service to the bleeding disorders community, acting as “guides” to diverse members of the bleeding disorders community.

The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) will train a group of Guías Culturales in workshop facilitation, diversity/inclusion, and NHF’s educational resources while maintaining a direct communication with NHF’s Bilingual Education Specialist. Each Guía Cultural must commit to a minimum one year of service and be able to participate in special training during NHF’s Annual Meeting in Chicago – August 24-27,2017.

Timeline: registration opens on Monday, April 10th, 2017. All application materials must be submitted by Monday, May 15th, 2017 at 11:59 pm EST. Only completed applications will be considered.
