The National Bleeding Disorders Foundation Physical Therapy Working Group Mentorship program is now taking applications.  The vision for this program is to improve confidence, efficiency, and effectiveness of Physical Therapy services for people with bleeding disorders within the hemophilia treatment center and to foster sustainable Physical Therapist involvement in the bleeding disorder community.  The mission of the NBDF PTWG mentorship program is to pair PT mentors with mentees who are licensed as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at a hemophilia treatment center. The PTWG committee will review all mentor/mentee once applications have been received. The committee will then match the mentee with the mentor who ideally is within their region and has similar practice patterns or clinical demands. Please contact your regional PTWG representative for applications or with any questions.

All applications should be returned to Fred Loeffler PTWG member at floeffler@ihtc.org.
