Justin Horbacz of Ocean Township, New Jersey, recieved the 2016 Kevin Child Scholarship. At the time, Justin was a freshman at the the University of Florida (UF) majoring in Health Science at the UF School of Public Health and Health Professions with an ultimate goal of becoming a pediatric hematologist in the future. His goal was to attend a good medical school preparatory program.
